Beijing Eco Greenland Signs New Energy Centralized Heating Franchise Agreement with Yanling County, Henan

On May 11, 2018, Eco Greenland (Beijing) Energy Technology Co., Ltd. and the People’s Government of Yanling County, Henan Province, formally signed a new energy centralized heating franchise agreement at the Henan Building in Beijing. The ceremony, presided over by Wang Luxia, Chairwoman of the Changping District Enterprise Federation in Beijing, was attended by distinguished leaders and guests.  

Attendees Included:  

- Peng Junwei, Deputy Secretary-General of the Xuchang Municipal Committee of the CPC and Director of the Xuchang Municipal Government’s Liaison Office in Beijing;  

- Su Xiling, Deputy Head of Yanling County People’s Government;  

- Zhao Quanxi, Director of the Yanling County Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau;  

- Cheng Lifu, Head of the Secretariat of Yanling County People’s Government;

Speeches and Commitments:  

During the ceremony, Su Xiling (Deputy Head of Yanling County) and Su cuntang(Chairman of Eco Greenland) delivered speeches. Su Xiling emphasized Yanling’s commitment to building an “ecological, civilized, prosperous, and harmonious” county, advancing green development, and prioritizing urban centralized heating to improve residents’ quality of life. She highlighted the collaboration’s role in accelerating high-standard, efficient progress toward sustainable heating solutions.  

Su cuntang stated that the project aligns with national initiatives to address winter heating, reduce pollution, and lower carbon emissions. He pledged adherence to laws, environmental protection, and high-quality service, underscoring Eco Greenland’s honor in securing the franchise.

Founded in June 2005 with a registered capital of RMB 116 million, Eco Greenland (Beijing) Energy Technology Co., Ltd. is a high-tech enterprise based in Zhongguancun Science Park, Changping. Specializing in ground source heat pump innovation, green buildings, and integrated energy systems, the company has completed over 6 million square meters of heating/cooling projects for residential, institutional, and commercial clients. Its work has substituted 65,000 tons of standard coal, reducing 150,000 tons of CO₂, 4,300 tons of SO₂, 2,800 tons of hydroxides, and 38,400 tons of dust emissions.

Agreement Signing:  

Zhao Quanxi (Yanling County Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau) and Su cuntang(Eco Greenland) signed the agreement, marking the launch of new energy heating system construction in Yanling. The ceremony concluded amidst cordial cooperation.

签约仪式上，河南鄢陵县人民政府副县长苏喜玲、依科瑞德（北京）能源科技有限公司董事长苏存堂分别进行了致辞。

苏喜玲副县长在致辞中指出：鄢陵全县紧紧围绕建设“生态、文明、富强、幸福鄢陵”的总目标，坚持“绿色、转型、错位及跨越发展”的理念，大力推进生态文明建设，将实施城市集中供热作为必然趋势和发展方向。为提高全县人民的生活质量和幸福指数，鄢陵县委、县政府多次研究，决定从2018年开始实施城市集中供热工程。本次双方的合作将本着高标准建设、高效率推进，助推鄢陵城市集中供热工作实现新跨越、新发展。
