- In June, it won bids for the underground heat exchanger and machine room installation projects for 8 model rooms and 11 large-sized villas in Longwan. It signed a construction contract for the geothermal heat pump outdoor buried pipe project and machine room installation of the international section of Limai School with Beijing Yingcai Real Estate Development Co., Ltd. It became a member of the High-Tech Enterprise Association of Zhongguancun Science Park Changping Park. In July, it joined the Shenyang Geothermal Heat Pump Association. In September, it signed a construction contract for the geothermal heat pump air conditioning system outdoor buried pipe project and machine room installation of Longwan Phase II. In October, it obtained three utility model patent certificates. In November, it signed a contract for the geothermal heat pump air conditioning system outdoor buried pipe project covering 41 buildings in Longwan Phase IV.

- In January, it signed a contract for the geothermal heat pump air conditioning system outdoor buried pipe engineering of 51 buildings in Longwan Villa Phase IV. - In January, the Zhongguan Village International Mall project won the first "Geothermal Heat Pump System Architectural Application Model Project" award. Chairman Su cuntangg was invited by the China Academy of Building Research to participate in technical exchanges in Canada. In February, it signed contracts for the geothermal heat pump and terminal engineering of the E-zone model rooms in Ocean.LA VIE and the geothermal heat pump system engineering of Building 7-1# in Zhongguancun Xinyuan Biomedical Innovation Park. It also signed contracts for the multi-heat source joint heating and cooling project in Zunjiu and Hongxing Jiayuan with Shanxi Datong Haohai Group and the software park R&D office building project with Beijing Construction Engineering Group No.1 Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. In June, it cooperated with a software company to develop the "Second Generation Soil Temperature Tester."

- It officially became a standing council member of the China Building Energy Conservation Association. In June, it signed a contract for the geothermal heat pump engineering of Plot B in the ABC Blocks project in the Yizhuang Development Zone. In November, it signed a contract for the geothermal heat pump system engineering of Guanhanqing Grand Theater and Museum in Baoding.

- In April, it began the geothermal heat pump engineering project for the sports training base of the High School Affiliated to Renmin University of China.

- It officially became a standing council member of the Third Council of the New Energy Chamber of Commerce under the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce.

- It signed contracts for the terminal systems of Guanhanqing Grand Theater and Donghua Yuan project and began implementation. - In February, it was awarded "Advanced Collective" and "Advanced Economic and Technological Innovation Team" by the Zhongguancun Changping Park Trade Union. In April, it was titled "Beijing Municipal Patent Trial Unit." In May, it received a BBBzc credit rating from the Zhongguancun Credit Promotion Association and a four-star credit grade certificate from the Changping District SME Credit Promotion Association. - On February 20, 2016, construction began on the Eco Greenland Geothermal Heat Pump Engineering Technology Center.

- In November, it signed a contract for the geothermal heat pump retrofit engineering (outdoor drilling and machine room system) of Beijing Hot Spring Sanatorium. In December, it signed contracts for geothermal heat pump engineering projects covering Buildings 18#, 19#, and Phase III Building 2# in Liandong U-谷 Beijing永乐Industrial Park.

- In March, it was awarded "Capital Civil Unit." In May, a grand signing ceremony for the exclusive energy-concentrated heating franchise in Yanling County, Henan Province, was held at the Henan Tower in Beijing.

- In August, it signed a contract for the Beautiful Demonstration Village Construction Project in Tielugu Village, Dazhuangke Township, Yanqing District. On September 23, its office moved to No. 86 Shuangying West Road, New Park. In October, it signed a geothermal heat pump system engineering contract for 110 villas in Longjingwan Villa Area B.

- In August, construction began on the geothermal heat pump system engineering project for the V-01 and V-02 multifunctional land in the core area of Tongzhou Canal.

- In June, construction started on the 470,000㎡ Machiko Council resettlement housing geothermal heat pump project. In August, the Xinleineng geothermal heat pump project commenced.

- Wang Yanqing, Chairperson of the Changping District CPPCC, and Ma Hongping, Standing Committee Member and Director of the United Front Work Department, conducted research at Eco Greenland Park. In January, it signed and began construction of the Tianjin Jiaokong Technology geothermal heat pump project. It actively participated in the 2023 program to aid Inner Mongolia Arun Banner.

- In January, the Eco Greenland Park Science and Technology Association was established. On January 16, Zhi Xianwei, Deputy Secretary of the Changping District Committee and District Mayor, along with leaders from various bureaus, visited and researched park enterprises in the central area of Zhongguancun Changping Park.
